where are the apartments located?
All of our units are located in Chambersburg. It is directly across from J&B Bridals and above Merle Norman. Please note that due to the central location, some street noise is common and should be expected in The Suite + The Retreat (both located in the front of the building.) We provide a white noise machine in every unit for your comfort.
what is included in our stay?
Each apartment is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked. For a complete list of amenities, click here.
is parking included?
Reserved parking is available behind the building for the Loft, Hideaway, Retreat, and Lounge units.
The Suite does not include reserved parking, but there is metered street parking right out front — it's affordable, and free after 5 PM, on weekends, and on holidays. If you're staying longer, we can provide information on how to apply for a monthly parking pass at a nearby lot.
how do i stay at one of your apartments?
You can request a stay by filling out the form on our Stay page. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If your requested dates are available, we’ll walk you through next steps.
Booking requirements may vary depending on the length and timing of your stay. For longer reservations booked far in advance, a deposit may be required to hold your dates.
can i tour the apartment before booking?
Tours may be available if the apartment is unoccupied. If you're interested, just let us know in the final section of the Stay form and we’ll follow up if a tour can be arranged.
Can I extend my stay once I’m there?
Absolutely — as long as the apartment is still available, we’re happy to extend your stay. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of the details.
What ARE the check-in and check-out processes?
Self check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You’ll receive two codes before arrival: a door code for the building and a personalized code for your apartment.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. If our cleaning team needs to adjust their schedule, a small fee may apply — but we’ll always offer it complimentary if the timing works.
At checkout, we ask that you:

Return any moved furniture to its original place

Run the dishwasher or hand wash and leave dishes to dry

Turn off lights, close windows, and lock up
No need to strip beds or start laundry — we’ll take care of the rest.
is the area safe?
Yes — our apartments are located in the walkable downtown area of Chambersburg, which is home to small businesses, restaurants, and a close-knit local community. While no place is without occasional noise or activity, our guests have consistently found the area comfortable and safe for both short and extended stays.​
Is PERIODIC cleaning included during my stay?
Each apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival. If you'd like a cleaning during your stay, we’re happy to help coordinate it — you’ll just cover the cost directly with our cleaner.
Do you allow mail or package delivery during stays?
Yes! Each unit has a designated mailbox, and a mail key can be provided upon request. Larger packages (like Amazon boxes) are typically delivered to the building lobby rather than directly to your apartment door.

what is your cancellation policy?
Because we offer fully furnished stays by the week or month, we reserve each apartment specifically for you—and often block out long periods of time in advance. To protect our calendar and ensure fairness, we follow this cancellation policy:

Cancel 30 or more days before check-in: Full refund

Cancel 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund

Cancel less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

Need to cancel but still plan to stay with us?
We’re happy to apply your payment or deposit toward a future stay, typically within 3–6 months of your original check-in—as long as the new stay meets our 7-night minimum. Just reach out as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates.
